EASTERN VOYAGER CATERS FOR SELF GUIDED GROUP BOOKINGS (15-20 GUESTS)
Eastern Voyager is a long range liveaboard vessel that specialises in fishing charters out of Gladstone to the Southern Great Barrier Reef waters. The minimum group booking is 15. Groups of less than the minimum 15 guests are welcome to book the vessel based on the minimum day rate.
Capricorn Bunker Group: (4-6 nights). 7-10 hrs travel. Located 50 nautical miles from Gladstone.
Swain Reefs / Shoalwater Bay: (7 nights and beyond). 15 hrs overnight travel (Saturday to Saturday). Located up 120 nautical miles from Gladstone.
Coral Sea: (10 nights and beyond). Up to 30 hours travel. Located up to 260 nautical miles from Gladstone.
Travel times dependant on destination and weather.
Group bookings require 1 designated Group Organiser for your trip. To access the discounted price, the Group Organiser must BOOK THE TRIP ONLINE and the trip needs to be paid in full six (6) weeks before departure. Once you have either booked online or through our booking office, an email information package will be sent to the Group Organiser. This will confirm your charter dates, and will include details about the payments required to confirm and hold your booked dates. A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 per person ($1,000 per person for Coral Sea trips) is required to confirm and hold your booking.
If you are not able to organise a group booking click on our Join a Group tab to see if there are trips you can join. If there are none available, simply fill out our contact form, or phone the office of 0419 653 740 to add your name(s) to our waiting list to (1) join a group already booked looking for fill-ins for their trip, or (2) join one of our own organised group trips.
